Plastaket Manufacturing is responsible for the design of Champion juicer, which is capable of providing colorful juice, pale pulp and delicious taste. It is one of the most popular appliances of its kind and has been proven to be reliable and durable product. If you want quality, then Champion juicer is what you want to hear about.
The secret of this juicer is 3 step process: grating, masticating and pressing. The pulp is being chewed until all the cellulose barriers are broken. Then the pressing is taking place and tasty juice is being extracted.
I already talked about the advantages of masticating technology, but I will explain it again. The oxidation and loss of minerals is minimized with this technique. This is why Champion juicer is such a great appliance, it makes juice that is full of enzymes, minerals and all the vitamins that our bodies require. You have to appreciate that.
You will be able to use a lot of different vegetables and fruits with Champion juice extractor. Just try to use carrots, radish, beetroot, celery and other leafy greens - you will have great results with all of them.
Even the stubborn veggies and fruits wont have a chance against it. You can have 1 quart of content within 6 or 7 minutes only. The only thing that will not succumb to this wonderful appliance is wheat grass. But if that is something you really want to try, then you will have to get a special what grass juicer. It is what it is.
But all the other content will be just fine, You have a 1 and 3/4 inch feeding tube on your disposal so you can add fruits and vegetables without preparation at all. And the floating cutter will take care of the pulp, separating it to another container.
When it comes to options, you will have plenty of them. It is not a coincidence that this appliance is so popular. Its ability too produce peanut butter, baby food, sauces and desserts is what makes it such a great juicer. Just try to make an ice-cream with frozen strawberries and you will understand what I am talking about. And fruit smoothies can also be made here, since the Champion easily becomes a grater. Just remove a juicing screen and that's it.
You think this is it? Nope. There is even more. Grind flour, coffee and other grains you want with a mill attachment option. You will be able to make all sorts of meals and food with this machine. It is stunning and quite unbelievable what it can do.
When it comes to maintenance, this machine is quite easy to get along with. You will also be able to deal with accessories with ease. The only thing that can be considered as negative is the strength that is required to operate this machine.
I think you know some of the juicers that are a hell to clean. Well, Champion isn't really made for dishwasher, but it is very easily to rinse its components. You can easily disassemble it and start with cleaning.
Some of the companies brag about the motors their appliances have, but they fail to realize that this machine has them all beaten. Its 540 watt motor is one of the strongest on the market and it generates small amount of heat. A superior design of a stainless steel motor shaft is making this possible.
And when the entire credibility of this machine is in question, let us just say that it has a long life. Much longer then other appliance of this kind. Plastaket is making it since 1955. And they are confident in their Champion juicer, giving a 10 year warranty on it. When you buy this appliance, you buy health, longevity and quality.

I have had a Champion for about 10 years, and it's great. But my friend recently got a Breville Juice Fountain, and because it has a wider hopper, he is able to toss whole fruits/vegetables into it such as apples, beets, tomatoes, etc. With my Champion I have to quarter them or even cut them into eighths to make them fit in the hopper. I'm thinking the Breville could save time on that sort of thing. It seems easier to clean, too. But from reading various reviews it seems like the juice from the Champion is more nutritious - less oxygen, more enzymes and minerals. Guess I'll just keep using my Champion, but I'll think about the Breville every time I am quartering apples, etc. Then again, the "wheatgrass" is always greener on the other side, huh! LOL! I wonder how the Champion and the less expensive Breville compare to the really expensive juicers. Like I think the Omegas are pretty pricy, and there's one called a Vegamite or something (can't think of the exact name) that's over $400.
I've had my Champion juicer for 35 years. It is the single most amazing thing I own, except for the Gibson Hummingbird guitar I bought in 1971.
